买了个东西，用credit card 连着的 paypal支付了。
结果状态是unclaimed，the recipient of this payment is Unregistered
这种情况怎么处理？如果cancel payment，我要支付什么fee吗？

Nah, just kidding. He's predicting market going lower toward Mar/09 low
until government coming out with stimulus 2.0

The guy is saying what I've been saying for almost a year here. Healthy
economy growth cannot come from just spending either borrowed or printed
money. What Obama & Bernanke are doing is to kick the can down the road
and expect a hail marry miracle. Not gonna work.

这么说吧。很多人上次401K被腰斩。不过什么没干也都快涨回了。如果有继续加钱，已
经涨回了。
这次咋搞出更大的scare，让同样这批尝到甜头的人去割肉？
没更多人割肉，咋能砸出3月那个坑？
在有这样的机会，估计很多人砸锅卖铁要上了。

Buying some time is a legit approach.
People have over spent or lived beyond their means for too long. So, they
have to start to save more and produce more and consume less. The
unemployment is a structural problem that can only be resolved over time.
Just do whatever it takes to buy some time. People are resourceful, and will
innovate their way out of this mess. That's why I'm optimistic.

现在看，当然很多人都会说到时候砸锅卖铁也要上
要真到了那点位，就panic了，青蛙总是不少的

我了解的情况是很多人根本不管那些被动投资。莫名奇妙就过来了。你认为这些人
second dip会反而更panic？

这些人可能不会，但上次panic的人到时候估计还会，还有新的青蛙

Answer is the people.
Look at the household savings. It's already rising while debt paring down.
Interest rate will change over time. The same people who questions recovery
cannot at the same time complain about the low interest rate. Just cann't
have both ways.
