LEH was a different story, it was big company, say $100B asset, but It had
big debt too, say $99.5B. THis is like big margin account, small thing went
wrong with $99.5B debt, then the whole company is gone.

If I were in your shoes, definitely I would throw it away.

So far, BP has been nickling those lazy blacks and red necks in southern LA.
Those people do not have money, patience and knowledge to hire lawyers to
fight against BP for the next 1-2 years. Basically, if BP give them a small
money in short term, they will give up their rights in long term and walk
away. I know those blacks and red necks very well.
About other businesses like hotel, give me a break, all the hotels are now
packed with BP workers.

今天还报道BP的赔偿给的太慢，50%的都没PAY呢。美国人也不是傻子，赔钱可以，让人签以后不告的协议，绝对不干的，好多美国文盲打死都不签字的，不管是什么协议。
