用过，服务很差。转用Scottrade，中文服务很好，24小时的。用我的介绍：LVTC2755
，有大包子。

scottrade is actually not cheap at all. One year i spent about $5000
commission. You probably want to think about IB(interactive brokers)if your
trades commission is above $240 per year

sogo customer service is very poor, they also make a lot of error
but it's relatively cheap. you may consider IB if you have money >20K

I used scottrade and optionshouse.com. Scottrade is good but the trading fee
is not the cheapest. Now I am using optionshouse, so far so good. The CSR
responded promptly through live chat.
