I cannot find anything wrong with the application. Here is what I plan to do
this is an application based on pending I-485 of spouse.
my wife's 485 was rejected with the reason: the underlining petition
indicated is ineligible. What could be the cause?
On form 485, Part 2, the selection is (b).
Here is the list of documents:
1. Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status with two (2) photos
2. Form G-325A, Biographic Information
3. Form I-693, Medical Examination
4. Form I-797 Approval Notice for my husband, Outstanding Professor or
Research, Sec. 203(b)(1)(b)
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Birth Certificate of our son
8. Birth Certificate
9. Passport biographical page
10. Nonimmigrant Visa page and stamps
11. Form I-94
12. Form I-797, including H4, H1b approval notice
13. Pay stub.

天然气没到冬天不会到最高位，夏天因为飓风季节会有个升高，但是一旦过去，肯定会
跌的。最高一般在12月1月2月。
你可以找天然气期货的论坛看看。

这个移民官都懂的吧，而且你都有结婚证的copy啊。

If your wife is on H4, it should be (a) because your wife's status is tied
with yours. You should check with your company's lawyer.
