口油井是BP的。BP的CEO说的好， BP is responsible for clean up, Transocean is
responsible for the accident。
这是要是拿到法庭上， BP什么责任都不用负。

A month ago, Jim Cramer said so. However, whoever listened to him and bought
at $52 would have lost big.
Now 3 companies (the 3rd one is Halliburton) are blaming one another
for the accident.

onto BP. in yesterday's CNN interview, the survival crew said that BP "
company man" asked them to cut corners
also there is really no truth, truth is whatever the media says, be careful

这次事件, 打个比喻, RIG 是一个士兵, BP 是CAPTAIN.
士兵(RIG)说前面可能有老百姓, BP 下令开枪;
士兵(RIG) 说, 听见可能是小孩子哭声, BP 下令开枪;
士兵(RIG) 说, 看见走动的人可能是小孩子, BP 下令开枪;
士兵(RIG) 说, 军事条例里面没有规定我在不确定前面是老百姓的情况下(不一定井喷)
不服从上级命令, 所以我(RIG) 只能开枪, 但是我警告你前面很可能是妇女儿童, BP

Who owns the well, who take full responsibility of its accident. All the
