做假帐，融了1个多亿美元
事情暴露了，CFO没事，做销售的头被赶跑了（有这么弄的吗？也不是销售的错。销售
的头走了，是不是不想做生意了？）
从3月份不能按时file年报，到现在已经拖了3个多月了。我想再难弄的账本到现在也该
弄完了。是不是公司更不许想把帐做平了
现在外面的官司这么多，光打这个费用都老去了
下面是我猜董事长可能会怎么做：
帐也不要按时做得了。慢慢等NASDAQ把牌除了，这样到OTC上去更好
等到OTC上去，没多少人关注了，股价跌得差不多了，退市
他不还有别的生意吗？慢慢把这个公司的资产转到别的公司去（还有1个多亿美金啊）

这个逻辑上有点不通吧，他有股份不代表他不愿意公司死(如果公司死能给他带来其他好
处或者消除公司半死不红带来的坏处）， 更不代表他的公司不会死（就算不愿意公司死
)
