医院里的一个打印机
I have received my printer and had problem with the install so contacted HP
support and they determined that the hardware was bad on the printer. So now
I have a bad printer and have to pay to ship it back to you. Not very happy
being that I am out of the shipping unless you reimburse me.

ask them to get replacement from manufacture
