Former bull Thomas sold his 2500sqft town house on North brook for $250,000.
Man, if I know this, I will try to buy it. Forget about trading, this is a
golden deal unless the house has some hidden problems.
Northbrook is in a good school district, beautiful and safe.

2500 sqft with only 2 bedroom. But there might have study room and others
which we can use for bedroom and guest bedrooms.

The townhouse with 250k price tag in North brook was definitely a good
deal.
The real estate market, however, is staggering. Next week several housing
reports will give us a clear big picture, and they may move the stock
market a lot.

After Apl 30 of this year, the market is looking at RE sector for the
direction of the economy. But it will take at least a year to see. Next
week data won't be a huge difference from last week and last month. This is
just an noise. Will be as bad as last month.
But if you are a day trader, I guess you can do the swing trading.
