今天收到NSC的RFE，有点头大。【ID 0299】
请前辈解惑。
承认了review,authorship.原创性没过。另外还request其他证据。
‘This criterion has not been met because the evidence submitted does not
show that the beneficiary's contributions are considered to be of major
significance in the field of endeavor. While the writers of these letters do
describe the nature of the beneficiary's work, they do not provide adequate
detail concerning the major significance of his contributions. In addition,
the authors of these letters speak o the beneficiary's contribution in very
general prospective terms. Also, the beneficiary's citation history, in and
of itself, is not dispositive of the issue of a contribution of major
significance.’
由于是基础研究，推荐信有提到我工作将来的应用前景，但也不至于否定我工作的'
major significance'啊。自我感觉在推荐信中提应用前景真是画蛇添足了。
前辈们对此有何建议？举得如果再提供1、2个推荐信的话是否能改变移民官的既定印象？
