Several years ago, they always had a sign outside premise.
"Help needed, 10/hour".
Yesterday, I checked with the manager and was told 7.25/hour right now.
Gosh!

This location is worth at least couple of million dollar.
I checked some local unit for sale, very expensive.

THis business is a safe business no matter how the economy goes. They keep
revising their manu, and the customer keep coming.
The land value continue rise every year. Do they own the land or rent it?
