１）现在是H１B，公司的律师说只需要明年１月更新I－９就行，不需要做其他的。我
看大家好象说要取消H１B？查了一下I－９好像只是公司存档，不上交USCIS的。
２）为什么看大家说需要更新驾照？我理解SSN需要更新因为上面有"VALID FOR WORK
ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION"，但是我驾照上没任何注释，２０１７年到期。我在CA
３）Pjiang说还要进行 Selective Service 的注册，这个是必须吗？做什么用的？

1) need to update your I-9, because your work authorization has changed.
2) in some states DL is tied your nonimmigration status. in your case, i am
sure you are fine.
3) are you under 26 yrs old? if yes, sss.gov
How is your LD's case going?

Scottrade.

from now!
I-9 is only thing i am involved within the company.
"Maybe" the company needs to report to USCIS that my H1-B status ceases???..
. i am not sure. But that is the company's business, isn't it? :)

---我在开始使用485的EAD时（H1B已经到期）我们学校是我在场的情况下网上填的I-9
，即时收到USCIS确认。我拿到绿卡后，还有更新。

---驾照不用更新，我在更新SSN时特别问了他们，他们说不用，等驾照快到期之前在更
新就行。

---没有听说过，所以不清楚。
