没啥影响，钱多得是，企业不愿意借。

是好消息。现在就只有银行这一版块没有恢复危机前的红利水平了。不是没钱，钱多的
是，但是因为全
球金融改革没有定案，银行无法得知具体拨备要求，因此按兵不动。几个业绩很好的银
行，比如
USB,WFC和JPM早就针对投资人的质疑提出不是他们不能或不想加股息，实在是政策不确
定因素所致。
今年不加，2011年肯定会加。
等到那时候，银行股肯定会一飞冲天的。
