12月9号order的一个打印机 5天前说defective要求return 我问他要sn 他说机身上没
找到 盒子上的被标签盖住了
关键问题是他是drop shipper,我向amazon report他能帮我赢得case吗

只要他收到打印机没超过30天你就得无条件接受退货，但是restocking fee可以收，因
为不是收到东西14天内坏掉的，也就是说不是DOA,这一点Amazon是睁只眼闭只眼的

对付这个drop shipper，要是收它restocking fee，它非得negative + claim不可
