BAC put 401k balance of the people who got layoff into ABS fund, transfer
all balance from all funds to this ABS fund (they named it "STABLE VALUE
FUND", LOL)! And I couldn't choose any other fund to change the investment
type. Only "STABLE VALUE FUND" is available to all laidoff employees, months ago.
That means, BAC, secretly sold the trash ABS/CMBS/MBSs to all laidoff
employees 401k account in full 401k balance, without their acknowledgement!
ASSHOLE BAC!
P.S. And they just changed the account recently so that other investment types are available to my account! That means, when they are in trouble, they "Forced/Borrowed" laidoff people's 401k to unload the asset they don't want, then after they are in better financial situation, they "try" to correct the mistake. Luckily when I found out BAC only has the "Stable Value Fund" available in my BAC/CFC fidelity account, I called them and asked them I want to transfer my balance away. So there was phone recorder between me and the Fidelity and how Fidelity explained only 1 investment type was available and I had no choice but transfered out. But I didn't transfer it out because the complication of the transfering that they have.

I bet there will be a class action soon.
But the problem is, now the market value of ABS is up. So BAC might be
lucky to escape from the penalty. But if ABS value was down, you whould
have seen how angry people will be.

: No class action?
