和美国的不太一样，比如
阿里是两年后才开始Vest，所以如果不待满两年那是什么都没有。
携程是1-3-3-3，第一年Vest10%
百度还比较standard
大家能不能补充一下Tecent，小米等公司的Vesting Schedule？
