大家好，我在找工作。我只有绿卡，不是公民。而且绿卡也是刚拿的，所以肯定现在不
能马上申请公民，要等5年是吧？
然后我看一些招聘的post上写
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with the intent to
become U.S. citizens.
或者写
must be a U.S. citizen or a person admitted for permanent residence (green
card) and seeking citizenship as outlined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)(B)).
我很不解，它们这些post到底要的是公民还是绿卡持有者就可以了？我这种刚绿卡，没
满5年的人，到底能不能申请这些？
