QE2用来买什么是关键。
看看NY FED参与整BAC，估计FED再大量买入MBS的可能性不大了，因为你都不知道买入
的MBS是否和描述的一样，或是否合法。
于是只剩买treasury了。效果大打折扣。

All you need is to look at where Bill Gross, world biggest bond trader,
is front-running on Fed. As long as they make BG happy, the'd never have
a failed bond auction. Since it's an open insider-trading fraud and SEC
doesn't give a damn, we might as well just ride along with Bill Gross.
