Did you shift to margin account recently? If yes you might not need to

是不是TRANSACTION TYPE是CASH买的，不管你的帐号是MARGIN的还是CASH的，都有GOOD
FAITH
VIOLATION的限制？

usually it takes a few days for the change (cash account to margin) to be
effective; you do have the buying power, but the full effect probably will
be in place in a couple more days. usually you don't have to worry about
the warning.
but do check with your broker, just a 3-min phone call.
