付不起房贷的房子FOR CLOSURE太多？
银行资不抵债不敢出借房贷？
最重要的因素还是美国房事缺乏有能力有需要的参与者？
美国年轻一代绝大多数住在父母家里？
年轻人没好工作的比比皆是？
青年人能够结婚生子买房的比例不多？
美国的房事令人担忧啊？
短期内美国房事可能毫无起色？
美国房价还要继续下跌？
最好不要投机美国房子为好？

The high foreclosure rate made the time of from default to foreclosure
increased to 16 months, which means about 1.5 year rent free. This forms a
incentive for a lot of people to default. And this slows down the recovery
of the housing market and keeping the banks weak.
