I don't think so! If you use TD and Scottrade, and you do daytrading more
than 5 times in 5 days, your account will be inactivated for 3 mon.

我以前在加拿大某大银行有个股票账户，就是不到25k随便trade
刚开始我不知道，整天小心翼翼，后来偶尔超了一次发现没事，再后来经常超，还是没
事，哈哈
不过因为commission太贵，我现在已经关了那个账户

昨天才知道原来day trading rules只是适用于妈紧帐户
所以只要在cash account中用settled funds交易就可以无限DT了
就算不够25K资金也可以 我问过3家brokers都是怎样说

要3天才settle options就1天 cash account DT options比DT股票方便
假如有10K 每个trade买1K 一天就可以trade来回10次了
