我发现一个股票，目前价格是半分钱，刚公布消息$32,000,000.00 Projected 1st
Quarter 2011 Revenues，他家公司基本情况
Shares Outstanding 2,308,601,980 a/o Nov 12, 2009
Float 299,304,162 a/o Nov 12, 2009
Authorized Shares 6,000,000,000 a/o Nov 12, 2009
11月份说要retire 60%的 outstanding。如果上面情况全部属实，且不考虑乱七八糟的
情况影响，未来一段时间内，在buyback之前和之后股价分别能翻多少倍？

it's hard to tell about company like Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. (CWRN.PK)
. 但是交易量49,423,509还是很大的．行业也不错．搞吧．

For penny stock, if the financial is good, lots of authorized shares(in the
billion). often time, the company is a fraud(scam). You have to look at
company's past three years stock performance.
99% of the time, the company tries to sell more shares. Just a scam.

我又不死守，我只做波段，只要有大幅度涨幅就行了，你说的基本面再说有的时间是骗

I know.
I did lost lots of money in the past play 基本面penny stock. I found out
most of the time, they tried to sell stock at the time they issued good news.
Be careful.

Of course, all these "good news" record revenue/profit were fake. They just
created from the thin air. It worked at first then people knew it.

做多了就有经验了，不用提我担心，经常在最高价附近出掉的成就感是做大盘股所体会
不到的。

你是不是在上面赔了很多钱？我说得很清楚了，基本面只适合一段时间，好消息也是。
大盘股不也是么？sell on new的比比皆是。

我不公布pick，说我故意的，我公布了，又说我pump，正是因为股版有很多这样的人，
我们才能赚钱。
