an "0" at the end of your number. $2B is their revenue, not earnings.

nd leverage the economics of scale to get a 20% net margin, P/E at current v
aluation of 50B will be 25, about reasonable for a tech leader. however, in
order to grow the revenue at that pace, they need to accomplish two things:
(1) grow their existing 500M user base to at least 1 billion and (2) increas
e ARPU from $4 per user per year to at least $10. I can see (1) happening, b
ut (2) is the bigger question mark -- how do you turn social network usage
into hard money? it will require some revolutionary revisions to the model
of online advertisement.
