Job Description
You will help cars to reconstruct the real-world environment. You will train
the cars to know where they are and what they look like as if they can see.
Responsibility
Design and implement mapping, localization, and pose estimation algorithms
based on vision, LIDAR, IMU, and/or RADAR data
Research on topics such as: 3D computer vision, multiple view geometry,
scene understanding, object tracking, and recognition
Evaluate and develop sensor fusion algorithms for camera, laser, and other
non-contact sensors
Qualifications
PhD or MS in related academic program or equivalent practical experience
Strong background in advanced machine learning and deep learning
Strong grasp in large-scale optimization, numerical linear algebra,
probabilistic inference
Excellent programming experience in AT LEAST ONE of the following languages:
C, C++, Python
Excellent communication skills
Bonus Points
Related experience in autonomous driving
Experience in deep learning
Published at top tier journals/conferences in CV/ML
