and then make a huge beat on profit and revenue and raise the forecast at

that is really a SEC issue ah....insider trading maybe? Shame on its VP...

I think this is the one that caused the baidu drop to around 95 last month:

after this year’s fast-paced growth the company will face tougher
comparisons in 2011.
“We had a major re-acceleration this year, and that’s due to a few reasons
,” said Shen, citing the rebound in the Chinese economy, the switchover to
its new keyword advertising system and Google Inc’s scaling down in China.
“For these reasons, it most likely won’t repeat itself next year,” he
said.

真是可笑，最近几天研究了半天bidu，最后成了错过的大鱼。
这条消息我还找了好半天，然后试图理解来的。
没想到成了错过机会的心理暗示。
不过研究透了后面也比较方便炒。
bidu也是个热门股。

想当年Whole Food的CEO一边畅想公司未来，一边化名在网上写文章质疑公司前景呢。
也没听说SEC拿他怎样。

VP并没有说这个quarter slow吧, 他说"谷歌退出"和"凤巢致使YoY大幅提高"这两个因
素在2011年都不能再重复了. 谷歌是2010年三月底退出, 凤巢是2009年12月全面上线,
但2010第四季度是这两条原因仍然起作用的时候.
他说得有点过于"前瞻性"了, 但他不知道, 六个月以上对股票分析师来说那是"遥远的
不可想象"的未来, 太久远了无暇顾及.

最近几个月AMR的涨势前，也是他们自己先说不乐观然后过几天BEAT。这种事可能很
多吧。
