刷题这东西, 不是记住了, 很难忘掉吗?
熟能生巧吗?
比如我现在会二分查找, bfs dfs, 几年之后再看到类似的题目 感觉很快能想出来怎么做
核心的算法就那些, 十几年都没多大变化

那些hard题可不是你会基本的bfs，dfs，二分查找就可以直接上阵15分钟写出来的。。

只能说到了刷不动的年纪，还要刷，真是一种悲哀。
两条路：
1.趁年轻早日达到刷题最高境界，并保持良好状态，随时可以15mins bug free
2.觉得自己不是这块料，figure something else，到了四五十的时候就不靠做题了

刷题就是给没经验刚毕业的人一条路。
说的简单一点就是考记忆力。
刚毕业的题刷不好说明态度有问题。同理工作很久了的人找工作就应该用工作经历去pk
。如果还是用刷题和new grad竞争，只能说明:1 本人是屌丝 2应聘的公司是屌丝

关键是平时码哪里需要这些。一个排序一行库调用就行了，快排怎么实现的很重要吗？

AZ的公司除了Amazon基本都不用刷题，比如choice hotel，GoDaddy，不能跟flag那个

轻可能折腾一周。

非常同意。我见过50多岁的人 coding还是很牛而且思路清晰，就是没时间也懒的去刷
题。

we have touched too many things in engineering career, those petty questions
are not what we concerned. To solve those issues, to us, we knew how to
solve them, and if necessary, we can solve it through coding.
Clearly, if we go to job interviews, we need to deal with young engineers as
interviewers. I have not gone for job interviews for awhile. For old
engineers, to pass job interviews, we need to see VP or architect level
people at the interviews. Young engineers tend to fail the experienced
engineers at the interviews. If you are experieneced old engineers, you
should start networking with architect level people. You won't able to pass
the first round interview administered by young engineers for the companies
lik FLAG if you apply through regular process. They can easily fail you with
the questions fresh off from textbooks.

我感觉这个networking 确实需要。但是到真的到了找工作的时候，就像那些director
和 vp level的人，丢了就不好找一样，到时你自身的背景是否适合更重要，这个更多
要看运气。
我的经验就是，如果真是不错的engineer, networking可以容易保证你有个工作，你认
识的人总有想招人的。但是想找到好的工作，还是的适当的follow 别人的要求。其实
就是有家有口的老人，我觉得就是没时间，有时间刷题并不难。

和 vp level的人，丢了就不好找一样，到时你自身的背景是否适合更重要，这个更多
要看运气。
我的经验就是，如果真是不错的engineer, networking可以容易保证你有个工作，你认
识的人总有想招人的。但是想找到好的工作，还是的适当的follow 别人的要求。其实
就是有家有口的老人，我觉得就是没时间，有时间刷题并不难。

现在对华人面试的要求是不能想，十分钟之内写出来还要bug free。这是要求背下来。
如果没完全见过，但是能够想，其实反而能体现水平，怎么样分析，然后根据已有的知
识来搭建solution，然后怎么考虑边界条件，和怎样分析bug。这个才是一个老年码工
体现水平的时候。

如果没完全见过，但是能够想，其实反而能体现水平，怎么样分析，然后根据已有的知

码code又好又快，没大图片的才是真正的码农。

真傻逼，都不确定要到哪个组就把人招进来了。就算工地找人帮忙，搬砖和砌墙这要求
也不同吧
