available to me. I am not sure other types of sellers. I called the buyers
not all the time, but pretty frequently to resolve some shipping issues.
Other merchandise sellers can prove it.

There are two types of Amazon seller accounts.
1. Market place account: do not see buyer phone number. (You will get all
the fixed S&H charges for the items you are selling)
2. Merchant account: yes, you will see buyer phone number, and you can set S
&H fees.
Amazon does not tell you you have the choice of two different types of
accounts to select. Once you started one type of account, you can open
another type of the seller account to sell too. But you can't keep two
seller account active at the same time to sell, Amazon only allow one seller
account to be active.
