我先列几条：
1. Never plan a trade that you cannot explain the reason. (Patient)
2. Never average down. Always average up.
3. Never loose stops. Always tighten stops.
4. 。。。
（欢迎补充）
感觉只有严格遵守这3条的才可以生存下去。反正对我来说很难。做期货的应该也有大
户，也有短期操纵，越短期越好操纵。小散要是没有纪律就什么优势都没有了，只有被
鱼肉的份。

Add two more:
1) Don't over trade
2) If you got stopped 2 times in a short time, most problably you are
standing against the trend, stay sideline or reverse your direction.

To be honest, if you are still think about these rules.
Then you are not concentrate on the trading itself.
Trading is about finding the setup and take the trade.
People should just focus on one market and one or two setups.
If you just follow your signals.
you will never over trade, or need any planning ahead. (except find
support/resistance level)
The actual trade will just happen on the spot, when signal triggers.
you just do that all day every day.
really boring at the end.

今天心情好，赚了NQ１５个点了，准备收工，昨天本来也赚了１５个点，结果盘尾往上
一彪，最后只赚了２个点。
所以我两年做期货的血的教训是开盘一小时，最后一小时不做。这是别人的经验，但只
有自己亏了钱才会成为自己的经验。

有技术都好，期货要求更精准，期权要大方向看得准。

哎呀呀，我出来太早，已经少赚１０个点了，现在不大敢追了。

都是高杠杆的东西，期货要做到一进就赚，要很准确，我觉得适合DT，期权相对时间上
可以多几个小时的误差，而且可以自动止损，但大方向错的时候，时间值损失太大。反
正做得好，两者收益都很大，做得不好，都亏得很快，各有利弊，还是取决于有没有好
的SETUP和好的EDGE。

There can be a lot to talk about setups.
In fact, no two traders are alike.
And you must find your own setups. Since even you are told one,
if you can not understand all the details in it, it will lost money for you
when it can make money for its master.
The overall rules about finding setups are:
1. trend following is the easiest.
2. consider more indicators, the more pointing to the same direction.
the more odds you got a winning trade.
3. must be easy to set stops, so that you can know it is not working as soon
as possible.
4. always has plan B at hand before plan A is executed.

And all of them have huge liquidity.
People like Cun Zhang can hide his trade easily.

我老谈的是回报/风险，
比如，闪电肥手指那天，上个大号得多少外婆？期权就好多了。
据说有的上了setup钓鱼单，系统stop直接越过。

I think you can do some back testing then.
I expect some will be stopped from my back test.
In fact, I found if I got stopped this time.
The chance of next time the same setup will be a winner is bigger.
Trading is all about control and improve yourself.
That is the most amazing thing you will get, money is just a by-product.

我老历史上外婆的帐户只有期货帐户，当时多心痛就不说了。好像村长也说自己期货商
多惨过。
期权最多腰斩过，但过不了多久也翻过去了。
股票算是最稳定可观的说，也最丰富人生知识和阅历的说。
