遇到很nice的tie 2大叔，说我们的485都还在name check阶段。我们提交了超过四个
月，FP也过了三个月，看板上童鞋逐渐都绿了，我们卡在name check，有些郁闷
板上有童鞋有相似经历吗？这个还要等多久啊？
附上时间表:
NSC 485
RD: 05/28/2014
FP: 07/07/2014 (walk in, scheduled 07/24/2014)
AP approval: 09/19/2014
485 pending, pending, pending,

MY rd is June 13. Just called USCIS, the representative said waiting for
background check. I need it to travel back to China on the end of October.
He advise me to go to the USCIS local office to see if there is more
information available.
Requesting expedited process was rejected.
Two weeks ago, I was told that no IO was assigned. Now at least an IO was
assigned to my case.
My major is chemistry and biochemistry. Tcotw, how about you? Do not know
whether it is an issue.

我没问有没有assign IO，想想应该问：
1. 有没assign IO
2. background check 多久了
之前有在国家实验室实习过，现在想可能是机构名字比较敏感他们在向那个实验室
request文件。你request info pass 了吗？我印象中info pass 未必比National
customer service center 管用，
