帮一个朋友问的，如果您不能帮忙解答又想发表爱国言论的话，请绕道~谢谢
朋友是政庇绿卡，因为家里有急事，所以急忙赶回家了。现在（家里的事未解决）考虑
买回程机票，但希望能尽量多留在国内一段时间。
请问朋友们，这种情况下能最多在国内呆多久呢？他的律师跟他说最久的案例是两个月
，请问有没有人听说过呆的时间更长的呢？
（听说政庇绿卡如果在国内呆太久，回来会被吊销，不知道有没有这种说法。。。）

这种一般是计划生育，宗教，政府迫害之类的吧。他具体怎么办到的不清楚。
如果对这种绿卡感兴趣的话，建议你找个华人移民律师问问

政屁绿卡，就老老实实坐移民监吧，换国籍之前不要动，否则就会被注销
看看凤姐人家都老老实实的呆着呢，她难道不想回去得瑟？

I think it's OK for sure as long as he does not stay there for over 6 months
.
If he has strong reason such as funeral to attend, he has the justification
to revisit China for a short period of time. When he re-enter US, he can
just show the evidence.

话是这么说，但是当时他家里的确有些状况，所以他义无反顾的回去了。
现在想要了解是否能在国内多呆一段时间（因为普遍这种情况，大家都不敢超过两个月）
我也不懂这些，也不敢瞎给人家支招，所以来问无所不能得mitbbs...

The truth is his mother was diagnosed a cancer and is still in ICU right now.
His father forces him back in case of the revocation of his GC. But he is
insisting on staying with his mother in China as long as he can...

我老F1/h1的时候都不敢回国，无奈下有小的，万一被check就肯定回不来了。你朋友这
算是无病呻吟。
要么就大胆回去，就象当初大胆申请政屁
要么就chicken out不回去。
这有什么好犹豫的？有得必有失

He is definitely taking a chance, but I think if he can get prepared and
answer the questions well when he enters the US, he will be fine
anyway, he should put his mother ahead of anything. He is making the right
choice

now.
