现在是先team match再过hc

无波就是这么干的。先match up to 两个组，然后再hc.

是根据面试表现。bottom line的话就要求先team match。

我目前是这个情况。positive review after onsite，但是正在team match，完了以后
再hc

Still see candidates who passed HC first, then do team matching. However,
the preference is to find the matching teams earlier the better. More and
more, recruiters will try to find the matching team first before going
through HC.
Bottomline, having the matching team early in the process is a big plus.

I heard that now require team matching before go to compensation team for
final offer.
