In scottrade, you can buy with unsettled money, but are not advised to sell
until the money is settled.
If you sell the stock while the money is unsettled, you get one good faith
violation. If you have 3 violations, your account is restricted for 3 months
, and you can buy stock using only settled money.

我怎么没有什么VIOLATION，我就是CASH ACCOUNT，做过好多DT了，当天买了当天卖，
