D轮创业公司，累计融资5800万美元， 2005年创立，最近几年年收入2000-5000万美元
。员工100人左右。在美西。
行业：语音信息AI分析。
这家BASE较低，没有奖金，也没有入职奖金
这家给我的期权: you will be granted stock options to purchase up to 46,000
shares of the Company’s common stock.
The strike price of each option will be set at the fair market value of the
Company’s common stock on the date of grant as determined by the Company’s
Board of Directors.
求鉴定offer含金量！

that will be effective on May 6, 2011, according to a company statement
不是一股变成十股吗？怎么总股数会变少呢？
我现在有500股，那是不是就变成5000股了呀？那笑都笑死了。
分红一股才1分，打发要饭的，MD。

D轮投资是2015年一个私募和一家风投一起投资3千万美元。
一般到了D轮很少倒闭或者明显走下坡吧？
