On what setup? short at resistance level, completed the gap fill, 3 pushes
up? What is your risk? Just curious. still learning here.
UNG is my extremely long term holding...

I shorted UNG because of yesterday data.
do you know how to read data? what date is today?

Before the earthquake, I will short UNG for sure at this price.
But now, according to request from the power plant in Japan,
people said the price of the NG will keep increasing.
So I am a little bit hesitate now.
do you have any other reason besides "drops 1-2% every month"?
I had the same opinion two month ago.

I don't look at reports at all. Maybe it's a wrong move. But I respect only
the chart.;-)

1. Japan can not use american NG because NG can not be transported to Japan.
2. it is end of march. do you use heating in late of aprile or May?
3. yesterday data is not good. it is why UNG droped 2% yesterday.

Actually,I sold my UNG yesterday afternoon.
When YouGong said that Kuwait has stop produce due to the sand storm, I kind
of worry the price of NG will soar up.
For your reason:
1. I think, the NG is global market, every market will influence the price
globally.GLNG which is related to the NG has increase a lot recently, I
guess due to the big demanding.
2. For this one, I think you are right.
3. I don't know which data you are referring to. so I don't know.
Nothing personal. I am very interesting in UNG, and if I think you are right
, probably I will short it also.
I was plan to short in the early February, when the price is about 6.5$.
That will a good move, I guess.

For 1. NG is local market. US NG is much lower than Japan and china. you
have to know transport cost is very high.
For 3. data is important if you want to trade NG or OIL.

I should have shorted it start middle March.
I was planed to that last winter, but after the damn Japanese Thing.
UNG got up a lot, which changed my estimation about the trend.
what a pity.
