I read their 10-K. The short attacks were not justified, and since January
shorts have been silent.
If all those Chinese companies are scams, there is no need for the shorts to
attack them. I think shorts try to cover before China market goes much
higher.

I don't read 10-Ks since I don't have that much time to spare.
Based on the technical indicator of CVVT ,it is falling with no volume.
So i don't want to touch this stock.

them.
