以前工作环境都是很多中国人，面试官也很多是中国人
但是如果新公司面试官是美国人的话，他们首先考察culture fit。众所周知，老外潜
意识也是有种族倾向的，我这个人又比较内向，口语一般只能应对工作上使用，如果给
老外留下这种印象的话，无论即使如何，十有七八被毙掉了。
是不是多表现外向一些， 热情一些，多跟老外闲聊一些兴趣什么的？

你这种建议对楼主一点帮助都没有，人家就是想去这家公司。不管是不是公司的loss，
楼主没能进去，对楼主来说就是楼主的loss。

别整天老美老中的，你是在美国，就的去这种公司，融入环境，人家又不会少给你工资
。想去中国人多的公司，回国就是了。
说实话在美国中国人占主体的公司都烂，请我去都不会去。
