不是我不喜欢他，而是我觉得这样的人人和开心都没有核心知识产权的，是很容易被干
掉。
不像美国，fb出来，别的社交网站再搞基本上就要吃官司。 现在这一波web2.0，和太

Software patent很难。approve了也可以challenge.
欧洲基本态度是不认可Software patent.
不过，facebook可以用这个来bully小公司。让他们到美国来应诉折腾。

they tried groupon style stuff on their platform?
