高望远
Fremont Older Open Space Preserve
东南方向，这个也是冬天晒太阳的好去处，trail长且平缓，没啥难度，人少很安静
Joseph D. Grant County Park
要说有点难度又热闹且适合太阳浴的，当属mission peak了，我夏天傻了吧唧去了一次

根据我在版面和google的信息，收到这样的回复后，1-60天内任何时间都可能绿。
有个例子是在59天的时候绿了。

大部分在3-4都拿钱走人了吧。不过跳水太直感觉庄家还没做干净。所以还得继续观察。

应该不是，senator的信明确说pending在fbi的name check，通常是2周到60天clear。
估计还得等好一阵。

我的case是今年3月才被送去name check， 那时sr回复是这样的:
“We cannot predict when we will receive the results of these security
checks.
Please be assured that we will make every effort to make a decision in your
case as soon as the security checks are complete.””
后来，6月的SR 才给出了 60天的time frame.

这个是标准回复，不说明什么。而且这个have had to的意思不是已经做完了。是以
前在做，现在还在做的意思。
而且10天后从议员那里来的回复，就完全不一样。

currently under review 和with an adjudicating officer没有区别，打tier 2就
会告诉你with adjudicating officer。
60天或者90天都是随他们高兴。反正就是60天/90天你们不要来烦我。
有空多跑infopass，他们那里的信息应该比较准确。

你很厉害。我2。66进的，心里知道还要向上飞，还是在3。06给出了。
10%的收益我就感觉不错了，所以不敢show off.
主席喊pick 的时候，才2。3左右，后来直到突破6。股版某些id 真不是一般的讨厌。
现在大家都开始进入等反弹了。

你看LOCAL OFFICE给议员的回复，
Mr. and Mrs. XXX's files were received into our local office on 7/1/2015.
They are currently in the process of undergoing background checks. As soon
as the background checks are completed he and his wife will be scheduled for
their I-485 Interviews.
这个background check的借口真是随便用的。

那里的大部分都没有additional review/extended review这个关键字啊。

从盖楼的情况看，有些的确是在time frame里绿的。 那是EB23的，但或许有点参考价

应该是凑巧啊。
关键这个have had to的意思是还没做完。是以前在做，现在还在做的意思。
他们自己都不知道什么时候能做完。应该是第三方的agency，而且是选择性的。肯定
不是指fbi name check，否则就不会assign officer了。感觉和签证check差不多。

开始认同你的观点了。我也觉得不是 fbi name check。
考古找了一下以前一个律师关于这样回复的说法
“This is a typical response when an application is past normal processing
time. You can't read too much into it. You just have to be patient.”。

副申请人本来就不用additional review啊。只能主申请人批了才能批。

会告诉你with adjudicating officer。
60天或者90天都是随他们高兴。反正就是60天/90天你们不要来烦我。

从盖楼的情况看，有些的确是在time frame里绿的。 那是EB23的，但或许有点参考价

应该是凑巧啊。
关键这个have had to的意思是还没做完。是以前在做，现在还在做的意思。
他们自己都不知道什么时候能做完。应该是第三方的agency，而且是选择性的。肯定
不是指fbi name check，否则就不会assign officer了。感觉和签证check差不多。

开始认同你的观点了。我也觉得不是 fbi name check。
考古找了一下以前一个律师关于这样回复的说法
“This is a typical response when an application is past normal processing
time. You can't read too much into it. You just have to be patient.”。

副申请人本来就不用additional review啊。只能主申请人批了才能批。

忽然发现我们副申请人的SR回复是

给大家补充点信息， 不用猜了， 就是一个摸版回复，我的回复跟你们的完全一样。
但我的回复不是60或90天，是6个月！！If you do not receive a decision or
notice of further action within 6 months, please contact customer service.
就是一个摸版，TSC想套几天就几天，没有任何value.
