制造业不复兴，靠律师医生华尔街是难以提高就业率的
感觉在走英国老路，工业全废掉，发展金融等产业
不过美国地大物博，科技发达，这一点英国差远了

Talked to an IT managers two days ago, He told me: 5 years ago, outsourcing
to india had 70-80% cost advantage for their department,now, it down to 20-
30%. Hope we can bring some IT jobs back to the state.
But for manufacture, it's far more difficulty, we lost all the skill workers
once you move it out of the country. I think it's far more difficulty to
find skilled manufacture workers then the IT people.

可以给skilled车工等高技术工人eb1绿卡。就像前几年给无数菲律宾护士发了落地绿卡
。普通工人技术含量低，美国人培训培训也就有了。
美国最大的优势就是地大物博。即使最后什么都没有了，靠引入人口，
就可以重新辉煌。
中国的人口红利在这几年也就到头了。到时候制造业回流美国也会很正常。
