6月27日，赛维LDK太阳能有限公司（简称：“赛维LDK”）（纽交所上市代码：LDK）宣
布，该公司董事会通过了一项股票回购计划，批准赛维LDK在公开市场或通过私人协商
交易回购价值达1.1亿美元美国存托股票。
该计划开创了国内光伏行业股票回购的先例，“赛维LDK”成为国内首家宣布股票
回购的光伏企业。“赛维LDK”董事长兼首席执行官彭小峰表示，此次回购计划，一方
面出于对公司自身发展的信心，看好公司发展前景，另一方面也是“赛维LDK”积极履
行维护股东利益的承诺。

这个在rebate form上说的清清楚楚的，要整个flap，否则会直接据掉。不知你有没有

谢谢回复, 我是将那盒子下面有UPC那块邮寄出去, 而忘记也要将盒子上面的那快也要
剪下来一同邮寄出去. 错在我没有认真看rebate requirement. 现在抄出来才认真看,
但是盒子已经扔了.

批准不等于执行，cnbc以前调查结果是很多公司批准了会购，但最后没有执行。

Sorry to hear that. I bought this one (Kaspersky Internet Sec 3 Security
2013- 3 PC $49.99 ) 10 days ago. It is $50 rebate+$25 upgrading. The price
changes every now and then at Frys.com, Timing is important to order at that
website.
