The main difference is that Close end fund managers still activity
participated in the market which means they are selling or buying stocks
base on their judgment. ETF set up the fund portfolio self-liquidated, no
need managers to make decisions. Therefore, ETF has lowest management fees
and costs.

主要区别就是CEF市场买卖决定价格。ETF，NAV决定价格。

Close end fund is closed while etf is open ended. Etf shares can be
exchanged into composite individual shares; and new shares of etf can be
issued by the trustee with purchasing the underlying shares.So the total
shares of etf is not fixed.Arbitrageurs are keeping the etf share price
close to underlying share price.

是否可以理解为CEF很接近MUTUAL FUND，但是可以像股票一样一天多次交易？

CEF是MUTUAL FUND的一种，可以公开市场交易，交易价格相对于开放式基金来说，是变
动的。可能产生PREMIUM 或DISCOUNT相对于其资产来说。
