My wife have got EAD (AP) based on my I140, Expire on Sept 02, 2017, she is
working on TN visa now, but her company will close at end of April, should
we file a I-539 to change status to H4 before April 30th? Or we can wait
till my company do H1 Extension together?
My H1B will expire on Sept, 10th, but my company is dead slow, still not
initialize my H1 Extension process..
I really appreciated if anyone can answer my question...
