之前和律师电话 告诉的是485还会继续处理 但不会发卡 移民局那两个月还是会继
续工作的

485 批卡其实和去年没什么区别，去年8－9月两个月也不批了（内部U），但还可以继
续交新的485。今年是把这个直接放到了排期上，连485也交不了。到10月初应该会有一
大波报绿的。

有可能，不过今年ROW的需求很大，导致留下的名额不够。也许明年ROW的需求没那么大
，那样应该就不会变。不过这个谁也没法预测。

我问的是file和submit的区别。按照第二排期，你还是可以submit, 但是不能file。我
有申请的要求看我什么时候submit485, 什么时候批不重要。懂？

第二排起就是Filing Date,现在根本没用
以前EB2已经有人以身试法了，USCIS拖了快1年
直接发来一个deny，说你一年前交早了
还好他H1B还有效，他要是用EAD/AP的话，就得打包回国走人了
