Yahoo连支付宝被人转移了都蒙在鼓里，你还指望他们有什么作为吗？
唯一的希望是整个Board被Fire掉。Strategic Investors进来清场。没有别的办法。

why not? only damn 40B cash...
AAPL or facebook has more than enough cash to do so.
