0362 连我的 Employment Letter 都质疑！
"USCIS does not find this to be a job offer letter, but a letter which
explains the beneficiary's experience with the petitioner."
我的 Employment Letter confirms my research position to be full-time and
permanent， and describes the petitioning company, my salary and job
responsibilities.
到底要什么样的 Employment Letter 才合格？我是按照律师给的模版请公司写的，律
师也说OK啊。还是0362在这点上也发神经？
请各位前辈指教！谢谢！

应该是Employment Letter里没写你做什么，就是你做的工作内容。

有说我是做Staff Scientist 啊。
"This letter is being provided to confirm that you have been employed full-
time, in valid H-1B status, since May, 2015 at xxx as a Staff Scientist.
This is a regular full-time research position, with a salary of $xxx per
annum, paid on a bi-weekly basis. This position was originally offered to
you for a period of three (3) years, through May, 2018 (see H-1B Approval
Notice). Once your EB-1 lawful permanent residence petition is approved, xxx
will continue your employment on a "full-time permanent basis." 后面有讲到
我的job duties and responsibilities. 有什么问题吗？

140 要employment verification letter? EB1B么? 1A是不需要，在境外都能申请。

The lawyer hired by my company 坚持要这样写，因为现在是H1B，不是permanent。
这点0362没有质疑。我想他是在质疑format

这些不够。要说你现在手头上的project的内容，比如：现在正在做database里面的大
数据融合，以及一些技术上的东西。
