公司给办Eb1b，今天发来了一个support letter的draft 说这个搞完就可以file 140了
（之前弄完了推荐信），这个support letter里前三章分别是 Petitioner，
Position， Beneficiary，分别是公司，职位和我的情况。请问这个是Petition
Letter吗？

不是吧。
pl是有很长的围绕1b的标准一条一条的论证过程。
你这个仅仅是单位的支持证明而已。
只是一个论证的证据之一，材料的百分之一而已

我已经弄完推荐信，F正在准备PL过程中，我问律师
just want to confirm that you will send the petition letter to me for review
before filing
结果他们给我回
It typically takes our team around 4-5 weeks to draft, edit and compile the
necessary information to file the final petition. We can send you a copy of
the support letter once we are closer to filing.
所以我也有点糊涂到底他们所谓的support letter是不是PL

这个顶多算是1B的PL的制式前言部分。或者说相当于俩人见面寒暄，但还没开始谈正事

问过律师了，这个support letter就是PL。这个support letter大概有八九页，除了介
绍公司，申请人情况它也确实阐述了authorship（包括presentation） review ，
internationally recognition等等。真心有点糊涂了。。。

我的律师写的PL一共13页（1.5行距），我觉得是算少的。你这才八九页。。。
