早上主申请人收到 "New Card is being produced", 应该是绿的把。副卡还是 “
Fingerprint Fee was received"状态。
EB1A， TSC, RD 是03/07/2016， 也等了9个多月了。
6月做了第一次infopass, 那时候background还没有clear.
7月又做了第二次infopass，没有明确说明bg clear了没有，说是：pending for the
decision。
11月16号做了第一次SR：
主申请人的回复是：“Thank you for your inquiry. We have requested this case
for further review and processing. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made or if further information is required to process your case.
You should expect an action on your case within 60 days”
副申请人的回复是："We have received your service request and researched the
status of your case. Our system indicates that the required background
investigation for your pending application is still open. We cannot move
forward with your case until the background investigation is completed.
These background checks are required to be completed on all applicants who
apply for the immigration benefit you are seeking. We will make every effort
to make a decision on this case as soon as the background checks are
complete.
If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6
months of this letter, please contact us by calling our customer service
number provided below."
11月底，联系了当地的一个congressman办公室，说是一个月后给回复，目前还没有收
到回复，然后就是主卡绿了，副卡还在等。
综上所述，SR 结果还是比较可靠的，看来副卡是卡在background check中，我们的485
材料是分开整理的，主申请人一份，副申请人一份，放在一个大信封里。其实，主副申
请非党员，副申请人名字很特别（google几乎搜不到重名），主申请人的名字google可
以搜出一堆重名的，但是还是主卡先绿，副卡还卡在bg中。所以我感觉他们送去背景检
查的时候，没有把两份资料一起送去，导致主副不同步。最后祝大家早绿！
