12月初RD，本来预计最近月底前应该有消息，不过现在还是没有动静。
USCIS网页上说的是：We mailed you a notice describing how we will process
your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.这是不是FP的notice已
经寄出来了？

这是收据邮寄出来了，指纹没有其他通知，只有一封信。如果nsc，再有一到两周肯定
没问题了
