Radio has commercial AD.
Satellite is much much more expensive than broadcast.

大韩航空KAL007班机误入苏联领空被击落后，美国开放部分GPS信号给民用。
使用更高精度GPS信号是要付费的

那也是one time fee吧，至少消费者只付了一次钱，卫星不得维护什么的？

广播的广告是给电台的，生产收音机的厂家又拿不到钱。所有费用都包含在芯片里面了
，只要买了芯片就不需要付其他费用了。芯片厂商付给发射维护卫星的公司钱

基础功能免费，高阶的收费，主要面向企业用户吧
就像acrobat pdf reader免费，acrobat pro要卖几百刀

又不需要什么硬件维护，主要是数据维护，没什么成本的

2 mio
1 touch pro 2 with traffic
1 iphone 4 with traffic
还要再买个带gps的7“ tablet哦
