Folks the sun has finally dawn on the eb1c abuse.Over the weekend I met a
guy who recently got eb1c GC under Lead(1month ago).He told me the following
1)Many h1-l1 dependent companies started filing mass eb1c after the 2014 h1-
l1 visa fee increase.
2)USCIS was shocked by the sheer amount of EB1C applications last year and
for the first time in history retrogressed eb1c-I
3)USCIS increased rejection rate of L1A from India to 90%.
4)USCIS increased rejection rate of L1B from India to 65%.They are now
rejecting extensions outright for L1B.
5)USCIS started tightening the screws for EB1C manager & EB1C Leads,while
not giving much scrutiny to EB1C execs.
6)For Eb1c manager & lead category,they are now asking for HR reporting
organization chart with company letter head,reportee performance reviews
proof,salaries of all the repotees proofs,emails showing that there are in
fact repotees under the applicant,
All of the prior L1A,L1B,H1B petition roles-responsibilities and checking if
they match with current EB1C roles-responsibilities and asking for addition
proof in case of mismatch.
7)He said that he heard from others that they are now mass rejecting CTS
eb1cs since last 6 months(they filed close to 7000 eb1c)
