Hello, Happy Chinese new year. Please forgive me that I could not type
Chinese in my office computer.
I would like to apply O1 visa this year.
Here is my background. Please help to evaluate my case from your experience
whether if it is possible to be granted O1 visa.
Degree: Obtained Ph.D from US Top 30
Publications: 8 peer reviewed journal articles(three first author If=8, and
one corresponding author, others are co-authors), 3 conference papers (first
author) and 1 book chapter. 14 independent citations.
Referee: Reviewed 31 times manuscripts.
Work Significance: One keynote lecture as first author in a well-known
international conference. ( 5 keynote was selected from 500 abstracts).
Now I am working with Fortune Global 500 Company to lead several commercial
projects.

是的，USCIS网上上被拒的案例都是没有博士学位的。
